Design Declares at Climate Action Week Sydney

Design Declares Australia is proud to be hosting an event at Climate Action Week Sydney 2025. Join our founder Mirella Arapian and the Design Declares board for Design Declares – The 8 Acts of Emergency.

Through a panel discussion and interactive workshops the board will explore The 8 Acts of Emergency, a blueprint for creative professionals to drive systemic change. Mirella will be leading the Design for Justice session, exploring how design can be a powerful tool for communities most vulnerable to climate impacts and representing our commitment to creating solutions with and for those at the frontline of this environmental emergency.

This event is set to spark critical conversations and a collective reimagining of how creativity can confront the climate crisis and build more equitable, resilient futures. It's an opportunity to learn, share, and accelerate our industry's response to our most urgent global challenge, and if you’re in Sydney we hope to see you there.
